Our affiliate program is a profitable way to monetize your website.
Our payment structure uses a pay per lead model:

  • Pay Per Lead: For every free email confirmed valid sign up, you get 2.0$.
  • You will be eligible for additional bonuses in case of extraordinary performance: from the 10th lead in any month - 2.5$ per lead, for more than 50 leads/month: 3.0$ per lead!

That might get you more than 150$ per month!.

Website Acceptance Criteria

We aceept only websites. The following websites will not be accepted:

  • Adult/gambling
  • Non English websites.
  • "under construction" websites. We get too many of those! Spare us please!
  • Websites from the following niches: Adult/porn, Gambling, "Make Money Online", "Internet Marketing", "Lead Generation", debt settlement, traffic exchange, "Affiliate Promotions", health & drugs, finance.
  • Health sites
  • Blogs with non-original content and blogs which are rarely updated will be rejected.

Other websites will be manually reviewed. We kindly ask you to read the Affiliate Program Agreement below prior to applying.

ChaosTrivia.com Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

By filling out the signup form you acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions below for the ChaosTrivia.com AFFILIATE Program, understand, and agree with them.

1. Joining The Program

By filling out the signup form you will automatically become an AFFILIATE and are bound by the terms of this agreement. Your participation in the program is solely for this purpose: to legally advertise our website to receive a commission for websurfers you refer to our website and their respective actions on our website, in case such occur.

2. Payment Schedule

Eligible payments - all AFFILIATE monies due for leads generated as a result of AFFILIATE links will be held for up to 7 days after you have qualified and requested payment using our affiliate program website (this website). This allows us ample time to validate your records against fraud.

AFFILIATE Payments - payment to AFFILIATE will not be rendered for amounts less than $10.00 USD.

3. Revocation of AFFILIATE Status

Your AFFILIATE application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:

  • All leads should be created by real users of your website, namely, people you DO NOT know in person or via email or any other digital methods. We are not looking for just signups, but for people who like trivia and are likely to return to our website!
  • Do not incite your users to click and sign up on ChaosTrivia.com. Do not promise them anything for signing up. A websurfer should click the AFFILIATE links out of his own free will.
  • Inappropriate advertisements (False claims, misleading hyperlinks)
  • Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc...)
  • Advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities
  • Violation of intellectual property rights.
  • Violation of section 4. (see below).

4. AFFILIATE links

When integrating our code, it is mandatory that you will copy the code which appear in the resources page unaltered, exactly as is. Impression counting must be enabled. Improper integration of our affiliate links code will lead to termination of your AFFILIATE account.

You MAY NOT place ChaosTrivia.com AFFILIATE links on URLs which were not approved by us. Leads generated from unapproved URLs will be reversed. Equally, our links may not be emailed, or promoted in other way any other than on the URLs which we have approved upon your registration process.

5. AFFILIATE Tracking

The ChaosTrivia.com affiliate program is powered by AffiliateHarvest.com, a renowned and reliable affiliate program solutions provider.
When surfers click through your AFFILIATE link, a cookie is set in their browser that contains your AFFILIATE username. Also, their IP address is tracked along with your AFFILIATE name. When this person decides to sign up for a free account on our website and confirms his email address by following the link sent upon sign up, the software will look for this cookie and/or try to match their IP address to identify the AFFILIATE who will be awarded the commission. Hence, visitors sent through your AFFILIATE link may sign up later in time (up to 30 days) and the commission will still be awarded if the cookie is present in their browser and/or they are using the same IP address as the one logged in the database.
Immediately after every lead, When you log into your AFFILIATE account you will be able to see real-time reports of your AFFILIATE performance, including impressions, clicks, and lead. Note, however, that they are subject to validation.

6. Terms of the agreement

These terms will begin upon your signup with the AFFILIATE program and will end when your AFFILIATE account is terminated. The terms of this agreement may be modified by us at any time. If any modification to the terms is unnacceptable to you, your only choice is to withdraw your up-to-date earnings and to terminate your AFFILIATE account. Your continuing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any change.

7. Liability

We will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to AFFILIATE tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of "intents of harm" to the program or our website. We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the AFFILIATE program and/or products sold at this site. We make no claim that the operation of the AFFILIATE program and our website will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.

8. AFFILIATE program rates

The AFFILIATE program rates appear in the homepage of this website and in the top of this page. We reserve the right to change our AFFILIATE program rates. In this case, all AFFILIATES will be notified by email.

AFFILIATE further agrees and warrants that it will comply with all local, state and federal laws (including, but not limited to, the "CAN-SPAM" Act, effective January 1, 2004) regarding the sending of e-mails.

AFFILIATE shall indemnify and hold ChaosTrivia.com harmless from any and all legal actions, damages or liabilities incurred from the day-to-day operations of AFFILIATE. Under no circumstances will ChaosTrivia.com be liable whether in tort, contract or otherwise for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages (including but not limited to damages for any loss of revenue, profits, business interruption, loss of business information or data, loss of goodwill, work stoppage, hardware or software failure, or other pecuniary loss) arising from or relating to any provision of this Agreement or the program. Without limiting the foregoing, ChaosTrivia.com aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement will not exceed the total fees paid or payable to AFFILIATE under this agreement.

ChaosTrivia.com will own all right, title and interest in and to all information that is created or collected in the operation of the ChaosTrivia.com Web site and Affiliate program. ChaosTrivia.com reserves the right to amend or terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without notice to AFFILIATE.

The laws of the State of Israel shall govern this Agreement. Should there be any legal dispute between the parties, then both parties agree to take the matter before arbitration/mediation in Placer place of business should ChaosTrivia.com request arbitration/mediation in lieu of formal legal process. Both parties mutually agree that the sole legal venue for all disputes shall be in the Placer General District Court, Tel-Aviv, Israel.
